How do I book an appointment?

Do you accept new patients?
Yes. All three Prakhya Dental clinics welcome new patients. We also accept patients transferring from other practices — your previous dental records can be requested and forwarded if needed.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your Medicare card (for CDBS eligibility if applicable), your health fund card for HICAPS processing, and any previous X-rays or dental records if you have them. If you’re on regular medication, a list of what you take is helpful.
How much notice do I need to cancel an appointment?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This allows the time to be offered to another patient who may be waiting for an urgent appointment.
Do you have a cancellation list for urgent appointments?
Yes. If you need an appointment sooner than current availability allows, ask to be placed on the cancellation list when you call. We contact patients on the list as gaps come up.
